Returns Policy

Chippi&Chilli endeavour to bring you products that are not only unique, but also of quality.

If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, you are able to exchange it for something else of equivalent value, providing the item is returned in its original condition. All you need to do is send an email to advising us of your concern and requesting a Return Authorization Number. You will need to include a copy of the email approval from Chippi&Chilli with your shipment back to us.

If the product is damaged through delivery, we ask that you contact us and send us a photo of the damaged packaging and goods so that we can ensure that this does not happen in the future and also take it up with our delivery company.  Once assessed we will contact you with how we can assist you with a new product.

All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your products.

Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturer defects for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. All such returns are subject to our inspection and approval. Defective products will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. You would need to email advising us of your concern with the item and requesting a Return Authorization Number.  You will need to include a copy of the eamil approval from Chippi&Chilli with your shipment back to us.
